Lovin’ the Layers!

Spring has FINALLY come to Richmond! But as we all know, that means cooler mornings and warmer afternoons, plus Mother Nature’s random and unpredictable hot flashes and cold spells thrown in from week to week. What’s a fashionista to do?

No worries- Suited For Success has a huge selection of stylish jackets and blazers that are PERFECT for layering with your spring wardrobe. And if you wear them right, they can take your outfit from so-so to sophisticated!

Here’s our mannequin, whom we’ve lovingly nicknamed Quinn, rocking a great layered look with a tweed blazer in feminine spring colors. You can dress it up with some business slacks or keep it casual with jeans, like Quinn. Rolling up the blouse sleeves over the jacket and pushing it up to your elbows gives it a current style that’s anything but frumpy.

Check out some more great blazers and jackets in store and imagine the possibilities:

This one would be amazing with a soft pink blouse and pearls- perfect for a special occasion.

Set off the flowers on this one with a crisp white blouse underneath, or even use it to dress up just a plain white tee! Awesome for a shopping date with the girls.

Got anything in green to bring out the fun colors in this mod jacket? Pair it with some rain boots to brighten a gloomy day.

This amazing print has FUN written all over it. Who needs summer sun when you can dress like Hawaii?

Oh, and while you’re at it, don’t forget to accessorize...

And remember, at Suited For Success you will NEVER pay full price! Get brand name, like new items to spruce up your style at a fraction of the cost of retail.

Check back next week for more great ideas on handling Mother Nature’s mood swings this spring!

And don’t forget- tomorrow is Wacky Wednesday. Take 50% off all fall and winter and 20% off all purses and shoes!

How do you like to layer for spring?
